The Entrepreneurial Lifestyle for Wellness and Business Success

ree

Every day is written suggestions for proper nutrition are written, published and presented in the mass media, usually through various diets, which in the end, are difficult not only to believe but also to keep up with them.

And for every positive effect that a study might have, something will soon come up with a negative piece on top of this or another similar study that will cast doubt (if not overturn the study) by showing a negative response to the original research. Let's take, for example, one scientific group insisting that carbohydrates are harmful while others the next time proclaim that carbohydrates are good. Same with fats. I will not spend time disagreeing or even agreeing because that would take away from the article's main point.

The entrepreneurial lifestyle

A group of entrepreneurs and technical manufacturers, mainly from Silicon Valley, synthesized and based their diet on a diet plan that allowed them to improve their mood, memory and personal euphoria. So they adopted some elements they chose through studies that they analyzed and agreed to follow. They called this the business diet for business conquest and success.

Let's see what they suggest. By commenting, we will better understand and accept something based on scientific research that ensures its authenticity through those who chose it and then presented it as confirmed evidence. Let's see it through!

Eliminate foods that cause you discomfort

It includes any food you are sensitive to that causes constipation, diarrhoea, lethargy, brain fog, headaches, fatigue, or mood changes. For more information, do a food sensitivity test.

Increase your consumption of anti-inflammatory foods

Like green leafy vegetables, beets, green beans, bell peppers, bok choy, broccoli, celery, blueberries, chia seeds, flaxseed, turmeric, ginger, citrus fruits, pineapple, wild salmon, walnuts, almonds, Brasilian nuts, coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil, this will increase the diversity of the microbiome and promote overall gut health. On the other hand, avoid any foods that cause sensitivity to your system.

Eat foods with antifungal properties.

Such foods are cayenne pepper, coconut oil, garlic, onions, ginger, lemons, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, and rutabaga, which help fight harmful gut bacteria.

Eat more omega-3 and less omega-6.

Both are essential fatty acids vital for good health, but they should be in the correct ratio. These fatty acids balance protect the joints, the pancreas, the heart, the skin and the stability of our mood. Too much omega-6, which we consume, especially in vegetable oils, can cause inflammation in the body and also cause fluid retention, thus increasing blood pressure, which could lead to blood clots that can lead to the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Follow Intermittent Fasting (IF).

It is an eating pattern and not a type of diet. It is effective for weight loss, reducing inflammation, and boosting brain power by increasing ketones.

In essence, intermittent fasting does not change the type of food as much as the time slots. That is, instead of consuming food throughout the day, you eat within a set period of time. The most popular intermittent fasting protocol is to eat for eight hours a day and fast for 16.

According to researchers, fasting has been shown to increase rates of neurogenesis (growth and development of new brain cells and nerve tissue) in the brain. Higher rates of neurogenesis are associated with increased brain performance, memory, mood and focus. It has also been shown to boost the production of BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor). BDNF is considered "Miracle-Growth for your brain" and plays a role in neuro-plasticity, which makes your brain more resilient to stress and adaptable to change.
