Protein Yoghurt with Fresh Fruits and Honey

Ingredients / 2 port 250 g Greek yoghurt, 10 % fat 1 orange filé 2 tbsp mango, chopped 2 tbsp melon, chopped | 4 passion fruit 2 big strawberries 1 kiwi, chopped 1 scoop protein, preferably salted caramel 2 tbsp of honey |
Method
In a bowl, mix all the fruits.
In another bowl, mix the yoghurt with the protein.
Fill the glasses with the yoghurt mixture and build the fruit salad on top of it.
Spread the honey, and it's ready to serve.
Tips
The perfect snack before or after training.
This has often become my leading food, with even more fruits during summertime.
