Protein Yoghurt with Fresh Fruits and Honey

Ingredients / 2 port

250 g Greek yoghurt, 10 % fat

1 orange filé

2 tbsp mango, chopped

2 tbsp melon, chopped

4 passion fruit

2 big strawberries

1 kiwi, chopped

1 scoop protein, preferably salted caramel

2 tbsp of honey

Method
  • In a bowl, mix all the fruits.

  • In another bowl, mix the yoghurt with the protein.

  • Fill the glasses with the yoghurt mixture and build the fruit salad on top of it.

  • Spread the honey, and it's ready to serve.

Tips
  • The perfect snack before or after training.

  • This has often become my leading food, with even more fruits during summertime.
