Many people ask me what the ideal weight for everyone is, and my answer is always the same, what everyone has when they ask. Although this answer does not satisfy anyone, it is given. The body shows our lifestyle and chooses this weight through this lifestyle, so the ideal weight for our lifestyle is the one we already have.
------:------:------:------
We all know the size our body should be, and we would do anything to get it, but why not? What's stopping us?
We see the feeling of our physical size every day, and we know that it has started to become a social phenomenon.
We follow experts' advice on how to lose fat and finally tighten your gluteus, abs and thighs to fit into those tight jeans, thin t-shirts and dresses of our choice.
Through this problem, we see the birth of various products and fad diets, which promise miracles and empty our pockets, but even more so, our emotional world, which starts to get bored and lose interest in finding what we can dream on.
Ultimately, however we look at it, we are much more than a size, and living in a culture where obsessions with beauty, body image, and appearance have become challenging.
On the other hand, it has become socially accepted, which makes it not only challenging but also painful and very bad for health because it generates many negative emotions making the behaviour uncomfortable for the people around and the reason is that, in essence, we do not feel good about ourselves.
If you're tired of feeling bad, probably it's time for some changes. You may need a new look, a refresh or a rebirth. This way should break some social stereotypes but will have nothing to do with weight, size or body shape, only with health, in the best way you can.
The looks we should accept should also be based on personal cultivation, and we will project that through our inner world.
As you can see, change will no longer be about some diet and magic beauty products but about a lifestyle that will reflect who we are. Only under these conditions will tight jeans and a t-shirt look good on us every day and time.
We need guidance, corresponding discipline, and the image we want to build to do something like this. Carl Jung insists that we can become anything we want if we can identify and make it properly. Therefore, the personal will is the key to any renewal or rebirth.
Let me guide you with some tips to understand being yourself and only through yourself.
Discover your heart
If we could paint emotions, we would project them through the image of the heart. It is a psychological fact that, even today is biologically acceptable. After all, the heart is our emotional world. The problem is that not only are we influenced by external issues, but we also need to pay more attention to them rather than our hearts. That is why heart issues are becoming the century's scourge.
If we spend half the time observing and taking care of our heart than we spend on how to satisfy social needs, we would be much healthier both functionally and emotionally with the organ called the heart.
You can understand the time and money the food and fashion industries pay to convince you that you are doing something wrong. In essence, they fabricate the problem and manipulate the consumer by convincing him of the solution, and this trap works because many believe in this manipulation and become followers.
If you ask one of them why the answer you will get will be:
- Because I know why, and I buy it and very often.
By creating a lifestyle that represents you, you learn to invest and be able to listen to your heart better. This is how you know your worth and are better positioned to change your world and inspire others to do the same. Standing out is purely a personal choice and not something set and foreign. Remember that.
Cultivate your heart
The usual question is how one cares for one's heart, and in what way?
The feeling of losing the ones we love is hard and heavy, so we feed our hearts with beautiful issues by living with loved ones and showing the warmth of our feelings. By spending time with ourselves, we learn who we are, distinguishing our strengths and working more on our weaknesses.
We are fuelling our lives with good and kind feelings, allowing ourselves to recover through circumstances, and avoiding guilt and anything that does not belong to us.
Be fearless
Find time for yourself. This is how you will learn to get closer, get to know yourself better and find things through him, your strengths, and know your weaknesses. In this way, you feel your strength, and with time you start to recreate it, reaching the point of becoming fearless of believing in yourself.
You see, the gifts given to you as a human being are many, and through them, you learn to become more human, honest, humble, generous, and a friend to yourself. Automatically your aura becomes more positive and warmer, and you will start to feel it like a flame inside you when your phobias begin to lose their intensity, and things will come in time because you can attract them.
Be are grateful
The life that each of us lives has a uniqueness that we experience, as everyone knows, but in the end, more is needed because we load it with problems that are essentially useless in front of the greatness called LIFE.
You appreciate this greatness only when it is threatened, and then you see its value face to face. Her beauty and the truth about her identity are revealed at that point.
When you are grateful for what you have and don't waste your energy unnecessarily, only then can you begin to see your true self and begin to cultivate an attitude of gratitude for what your physical body allows you to see and feel. Gratitude is the key that opens the soul's door, and through these eyes, the greatness of life is seen.
This greatness can balance within us and make a difference.
Stop the immature comparison.
Don't look at the bodies in the gym, the models in the magazines, or the hot and tanned bodies on the beach to judge yourself. Start thinking about your strengths and your characteristics and start building the plan that will make you stop to envy others. That way, you might stop feeding yourself a steady diet of junk, so you'll feel - like junk.
Only one thing is necessary to rebel against societal norms that require us to be thin to be valued, the choice. The choice to ignore cultural dictates and set the world on fire just as you are, as you may need to feel. A will to live, to truly live a full and abundant life where you are satisfied with who you are, not what you look like.
Go and get them, tiger!
