Everything we do during the day affects our brain as it interprets information from the outside world and defines us as individuals and how we experience the world. The information it receives is through all our senses, such as sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch, giving images it processes and interprets.
It all concerns external energy and how we translate it through our brains. In short, we are our beliefs, and our habits and their results outline the images the brain takes as data because that's how we feel.
For a person, for example, who has mapped out his future and learned to focus on his beliefs, and his goals to organize his habits in his daily life, this brain takes them as facts and acts through them. Neurons have directions that connect emotions and generally what happens daily as data and work through them with a balance.
If you have learned to exercise every morning at a particular time, this is taken for granted and does not stress the neurons. The same if you study at certain times, if you rest, or even if you eat at certain times. My most straightforward interpretation is that the brain is connected to ourselves and our body and operates under a functional balance.
When we watch TV, the brain is connected to what we see, creating emotional effects such as phobias, excitement or even some motivation. Everything we do affects our brains, even what we say and believe. The more emotionally bound what we express is, the more it is taken for granted by the brain.
Many gurus recommend positivity in our lives, and some experts talk about energy, which is the brain's language. As you will know, energy is transmitted through waves in the form of force and intensity, which means that, logically, this should be the brain's language.
The energy in the way of expression, anger, joy, hate, and love must have completely different waves simultaneously, meaning that the brain can react to each emotion, corresponding to each situation.
We see the good habits we build as giving us something similar, and that's why we call them good instead of bad, that always brings us negativity. These are all rituals we create through a powerful subconscious in many conflicting parts, with a conscious one doing its best.
New routines are built to improve our lives, become personal investments for the future, and become even more purposeful when we understand how the brain works. A rethinking of how it can work at any time in our lives, regardless of our history and the misdeeds of our past. Conclusions about the things that make us thrive, the problems of our current situation, our finances or even our health which we can continuously improve by bringing about the changes we need to evolve as entities.
Within us, this power can dominate the brain and transform, creating a rebirth, which, step by step, would bring harmony to our entire existence.
I'll give you an example. Imagine what could happen if you sacrificed an hour a day, every night, to read one book with a time limit per week. This new habit would give you the knowledge of 52 books in a year. It could bring you so many benefits, including learning and self-discipline. What is certain is that it would be an extra boost to what you could have achieved through yourself. Just think about it! >>>>>>>>>>>>> to be continued in part 2
